Bearing Replacement

KRS replaces bearings on-site, saving time and transportation costs, and allowing the system to be restarted the same day. KRS has developed a method for replacing bearings without removing the motor, which results in significant savings in situations where replacement is complicated by the need to dismantle fans or motors, sometimes requiring roof opening and crane removal.

Replacing bearings extends the lifespan of the system.

Bird Protection

On the roofs of large properties, pigeons and jackdaws attempt to build nests in the exhaust vents. This leads to unpleasant debris falling through the exhaust channels, often resulting in dead chicks and maggots falling into kitchens.

Bird protection is carried out on the roof with weather-resistant bird netting around the exhaust vent caps, secured with stainless steel clips.

Mold Remediation

KRS specializes in the removal of mold and other bacterial growths in ventilation systems and exhaust channels. We collect samples for laboratory analysis before starting work to identify the type and extent of growth. This is followed by documentation of the remediation performed, including samples and laboratory analysis.
